My Quiz 2 work features two UI elements. 

The first is a Legacy text input box for the user to type in their name. Once they do, their typed name will appear above the text box. 

The second is a Legacy button that displays a counter text above. The button is interactive so every time the user clicks, the text counter will go up by 1.

I also added a small Legacy text box with my name, class, and quiz number at the bottom right.
